Department of Energy released 2.7 million barrels from SPR

When is it ever going stop?
This tapping the SPR every week along with refinery shutdowns is having a negative affect on oil prices and share values.
It's nice to have the increase in dividends but it's not much use if the stock value is constantly being slapped down.
If the day comes where the US is threatened for energy security and the SPR is drained we will see a huge spike in oil prices, hope it comes on Bidens watch.
Cheers
