Sold 1/3 of production and not the main asset. Quick math will tell you  12.3 million sale , with 12.3 Million net debt.. @ 25000 per flowing Boe.(850) as per news rrelease , equals Approx 21 ...more

its not worth what is owed to the bank.   outlook for natural gas is horrible and the reserve report uses too high of a price in the coming years to get the NAV..

MTZ insiders are still buying as well as board of directors. New well will maintain production, Company is saying 2p value $1 :)

Wdn is the better company. Mtz is just trying to get the assets with a no value stock trade. They would be better walking away now that they have completed the issue at $.45 except that it was Mtz ...more
