bought a vape cartridge from ocs and it was defective. I called cgc. They basically did not exchange it or give me any componsation. Their response was disturbing, essentially calling me a liar. I have over $100,000 invested in this company. And spend $200. a month on their products. Sell this fricking pig. What a stupid company. For a $20. fix they will lose a $investor. Dumb Severn P. you are an idiot doorknob. Learn customer service. It's the basics of business.
