Cannabis Stocks Green Today
Just did a quick scan of the more popular Cannabis names, seeing green in those I checked.
Why ?
It could be a combination of things and not just one simple reason. Considering how beaten down the prices are it could be simply an inflection point where shareholders are no longer willing to accept these lousy low prices to sell their shares at.
It could also be driven by news, both parties I the US are now supporting cannabis legalization so progress for the sector is ever more likely.
Another reality is that large investment groups who are more "in the know" are adding cannabis stocks to their portfolios ahead of a new federal ruling etc that has yet to be made public.
In all reality the list of reasons for Why a stock is moving in either direction on any day is endless. Predicting price on small periods of time is extremely difficult, it is actually easier to use longer timelines, be patient, and use a dollar cost averaging strategy. This is something most only realize after they try every other "get rich quick" scheme or approach they can find.
As noted many times, IMHO we're going to see the US legalize and I believe this sector will once again heat up.
