Statements by Kamala Harris, as well as Trump, are starting to draw more attention to cannabis stocks. I would expect these statements to ramp up as the election date gets closer.

As simple (and likely nutty) as this may sound some may be coming into Canopy Growth simply due to the ticker symbol on the Canadian Exchange.  

Companies strive to have attention grabbing ticker symbols simply for this reason.

She is just trying to catch Trump and he has said many times the bud should be legalized and that is still his plan, I believe? He will do it for the right reasons, may not want to bring it up but needs to be dealt with...may have already proposed something already?
