So the leading candidate and hopefully the next President, Kamala Harris, comes out last week and says: She wants marijuana legalized, and the stock does nothing. Today, on no news the stock goes up 15%. My opinion is the large short position had to sell before they lost too much money. Now that they have reduced their positions, they will let it run.
