Lumber went down a wee bit but still up 300%. Keep positive fokes.

This guy gets it. I appreciate your ironclad conviction and ability to see the future. This is an issue that's clearly black and white, so neuance is for losers. I'll be the guy in the dunce cap while you get rich (richer?) Like profit, book value is an opinion man.  WEF has some minimal holdings north island of private lands but it's nit suitable for HBU applications. Mosaic, like a WY or timber reit, has dry powder there.  So yah. All the yelling in the world won't change that you're not valued as $/acre but rather on an earnings/EV basis.  And earnings are going down as markets erode
