Dements is abandoning ship...........  sold more than a million shares this year.  What does he know?  What is take-away?

It bothered me at first when I saw the sale too. The timing seemed curious.   Perhaps it could be as simple as he needed some dough and sold outside of a blackout period.  Maybe the yacht needs a new paint job. The fundamentals that we can see are great and improving for now imo.

What is curious is the low price he sold for. He must have known the SP would be higher within a month. So, why did he do it? Marital problems? Wanted the wife to get a lower amount. Or, wanted to claim a profit to offset losses on other investments. There are so many reasons. But, he sure as heck didn't need the money in a hurry and he sure as heck didn't think the Sp was going south ...more

No one suggested that anyone had wife prolems but merely mentioned why sometimes people sell shares unexpectedly. Next time read comments before going off half cocked.
