Be patient, housing construction is a must across this country. Come the spring there will be a sizeable jump in SP and WEF will test the $1.50 - $2.00 range before the fall.

Not Sure about being smarter but I do believe we're at the bottom but needs some time to rebound. When it moves I do believe it will be a steady rise.
