If i missed it please point it out to me.

And as far as consumers getting used to high interest rates and cuts coming.

I think the US fed put that to bed today with their latest annoucment.

Inflation is still with us.

And will be for the forseeable future.

That's fine. It's only gonna be a penny a quarter. I see 1.00 to 1.20 by summer.  That's a 40 to 50 cents pop. I've played this thing for years. It goes with the price of lumber.  Period.
