CRH and MY HEALTH
The above two recent acquisitions are going to be star performers in our massive portfolio. Hamed has said that each one of the divisions of WELL - there were five or six divisions at the time he made the statement and neither CRH nor MY Health had been acquired - would one day each be worth the current market capitalization of WELL today. I think this is true as well of the two large acquisitions in 2021, being CRH and My Health.
CRH was acquired for $292.70 million. Given its performance, its own acquisition history and expansion throughout the U.S. I think it is easily on its way to a 1.4 billion valuation.
My Health was acauired for $206 million. Already a strong performer in highgrowth aspects of health tech, and expanding its services with the help of the WELL infrastructure, I think it is also easily on its way to a 1.4 billion valuation.
Add to that, all the other value that WELL had prior to these acquisitions, and add to that the other significant growth opportunities that WELL has with the other components of its company, along with other smaller acquisitions, and I would suggest that collectively these already have a valuation exceeding 1.4 billion with the likelihood of significant growth opportunities all round.
My own view is that CRH and My Health are going to be star performers, and CRH in particular is going to lead us to a substantial re-set in the valuation of WELL.

I was in CRH for OVER TEN YEARS. Ups and downs, thick and thin. I was so pissed when it was sold at $4 U.S. I couldn't believe it. In my puny brain I was always thinking it would go over $20 Then I got thinking. Why did CRH sell? Were they in trouble or did they see better growth opportunities with Well? I opted for the latter so here I am.....
