Don't let them scare you

I've seen this time and time again. Short sellers, short-term investors, day-traders and penny flippers who come onto boards, with multiple accounts (with vicarious names like doggy, 69, etc), trying to motivate long term investors to part with their shares.

They will try various manipulation techniques: talk about EBITDA in fashions a lot of people don't understand (because those fashions are made up), draw comparisons to sectors that have hurt or been hurting (like oil and gas previously and dot.com) - comparisons that make absolutely no sense for a company like WELL, then they go on to spew garbage about how the company doesn't have earnings whilst never acklowledging the cash flows, then they talk about the "end of the world" dilution coming while never recognizing that dilution can be a good thing when the transaction is accretive to shareholders (which WELL's transactions have been). Then they go around telling you that you're dreaming, holding small number of shares so as to dilute your point of view and dilute people who talk about facts (like the fact that WELL has grown revenue 500x, the fact that compounding takes time 5, 10, 20 and sure for my ultralong horizon 40 years, the fact that the company is free cash flowing in an near inelastic demand setting).

Then, when all else fails, they call you a clown. While expecting the converation to be elevated.

To long term shareholders, let these doggys and 69's and bud's talk all the trash they want under the disguise of "elevated" conversation. Let us not be shaken by their incompetence or selfishness. There are a thousand companies where they can go spewing their rhetoric, why pick the one with growing revenue, growing free cash flow, a solid management team and great long term backers? Ironic, no?

Good luck to all longs!

This guy is just an absolute moron.  I will say it again an absolute MORON.  Look at his other stock he is pumping now. PGM.  What a clown.  Just have a look at PGM.  This moron knows absolutely nothing about investing.  I know a moron when I see one.  He is not the first and will not be the last.  But it is moron like this that absolutely ruins the board ...more

"Anyone that have rational views are being attacked" says BudFoxx2020, the same user who is easy to call others clowns and morons for sharing their rational outlook on the company backed by facts. What nonsense.  Budfox hasn't shared one, just one, fact on the WELL business, but is always quick to shoot down anyone who shares a fact or a positive outlook. Why? Because this user ...more

Honestly you have done more damage to WELL than anyone on this board. I have read all your posts on every other company you are investing in and how clueless you are and that on its own is a RED flag.
Comment by thelostarc on Jan 27, 2022 10:54pm
You literally created your account recently because your past account probably got flagged.. "RED" flag Yes, I know just exactly who you are on this board, the type of poster who goes around targeting people instead of actually having productive conversation about the company. Tell me again, why you are commenting negatively on WELL? Why not the thousands of other companies that don ...more

I will make this the last reply I extend to you. I am a big fan of WELL. I fully believe that the CEO will sell the company for decent upside in the next year. I have been an investor in WELL for a long time. WELL is/has been my biggest position in the market by far. ( I do have a managed portfolio outside WELL). I have never ever shorted one share of any stock. My portfolio in size is probably ...more

I'm thrilled to hear that was your final word, as weak as it was. Once again, stating fiction such as how your portfolio is so much bigger than mine (what's that, 30x bigger than mine). Once again stating fiction about how I own 3-4 shares. So that must mean you own... 90-120 shares? Given WELL is your bigget position and all. Who's doing the quick math now, hot dog? The snake eats his ...more

CEO's name is NOT Hamid. goodnight you annoying guy with a 40 year investment horizon who wants to buy Lifelabs when WELL stock is 4$.
Comment by thelostarc on Jan 27, 2022 11:44pm
See, you are still replying. Why even make claims about how your last reply was the last reply. You so easily pick out the number 40 years... while ignoring the 5, 10, 20 years that come before it. Whatever is convenient for you, whatever dances to the melody of your drum beat, that's the only thing you will hear. Everything else, you will dismiss. I would love for WELL to buy LifeLabs, buy ...more

When all else fails, they resort to comments like the one by HotDiggityDogg here. I applaud them for their redicule and rediculus commentary. Comparing WELL to an oil and gas company, then to dot.com bubble plays. What nonsense. Please, long term shareholders, don't let the hotdogs, bud's and 69s of the board keep you from holding your shares, from talking about the company objectively ...more
