Don't let them scare you
I've seen this time and time again. Short sellers, short-term investors, day-traders and penny flippers who come onto boards, with multiple accounts (with vicarious names like doggy, 69, etc), trying to motivate long term investors to part with their shares.
They will try various manipulation techniques: talk about EBITDA in fashions a lot of people don't understand (because those fashions are made up), draw comparisons to sectors that have hurt or been hurting (like oil and gas previously and dot.com) - comparisons that make absolutely no sense for a company like WELL, then they go on to spew garbage about how the company doesn't have earnings whilst never acklowledging the cash flows, then they talk about the "end of the world" dilution coming while never recognizing that dilution can be a good thing when the transaction is accretive to shareholders (which WELL's transactions have been). Then they go around telling you that you're dreaming, holding small number of shares so as to dilute your point of view and dilute people who talk about facts (like the fact that WELL has grown revenue 500x, the fact that compounding takes time 5, 10, 20 and sure for my ultralong horizon 40 years, the fact that the company is free cash flowing in an near inelastic demand setting).
Then, when all else fails, they call you a clown. While expecting the converation to be elevated.
To long term shareholders, let these doggys and 69's and bud's talk all the trash they want under the disguise of "elevated" conversation. Let us not be shaken by their incompetence or selfishness. There are a thousand companies where they can go spewing their rhetoric, why pick the one with growing revenue, growing free cash flow, a solid management team and great long term backers? Ironic, no?
Good luck to all longs!

Honestly you have done more damage to WELL than anyone on this board. I have read all your posts on every other company you are investing in and how clueless you are and that on its own is a RED flag.
