What a great time to buy back shares. Cheap as you know what. To bad its in a growth state. Paying back debt or a few small tuck in purchases are probably better. Anyways I don't feel that this is a risky play. This is definately a bottom base. Healthcare never is really effected by market conditions. People's health is not cyclical.

Good point Steve.... Healthcare is considered a non-discretionary function in someones life...a little like food, shelter, electricity...
