Netback/BOE

Just adding the netback/share of Guide and Westfire give a pretty good combination. If my calculation is ok the netback for Longrun would be  $ 37,53/BOE which is near the Whitecap value of $ 38 ...more

37 m against? 7 m for? total is 43M +22M for from Sprott and Cadent. That would have given a total of 37M against and 29M for? I think  DMACD may have his numbers wrong.

I'm guessing that Sprott was only trying to save their holdings in Guide that have been in a tumble for a long time.  They no doubt were counting on shareholder apathy to get it done. If ...more

That is the simple calculation for the current market price of current production.  I know they are going to rationalize some assets and focus on select areas.  I hope they hold true to ...more

Guide was 99% for. WFE was far less for. Approx 7M against vs 37M for. Sprott and Cadent locked 22M shares for the deal, so 7M of 15M "other" ...more
