My merger price was about $2.54cnd and I'm noticing that the stock price get close to that and the stock manipulation starts. They force the price down and the process starts all over again. What is happening with the court case does anyone know?

It is before the courts in BC. This kind of court case could take years. But at least it is a start to hold someone accountable for the criminal activities.
