Interesting read. There's a major discrepency in the debt ratio. The debt is improving, not skyrocketing.

so we refinanced and retired the total term loan which matures in Dec 2023. The new term loan will mature in 2028 and the revolving credit will mature in 2026. Not sure what rate did they get tho.

The rate would have to be an imrovement, all of the lending rates are historically low.

The replacement financing hasn't been finalized. The Moody's report describes it as proposed. The rates and terms will be released by the company once the financing closes. In my mind, if the financing closes it hugely reduces any short term bankruptcy risk. Also, the interest rate is likely significantly better than the current rate given the rate environment and comparatively lower ...more
