Yup, it's confirmed. Sold to blackstone for 3 B$. Wildbrain is clearly worth the same or more (imo ... clearly more than moonbug). So we should be trading at around 17$ ... at least ... lol

Let's be conservative and say Wildbrain is worth 1/3 of moonbug despite having more subscribers and monthly views and over $80M in EBITDA last year...   put differently Wildbrain is worth the entire enterprise value of wild.... every thing else... peanuts, Johnny test, strawberry short cake, sonic, chip and potato, Carmen sandiego, inspector gadget, etc etc are all free

I think moonbug is bigger though on youtube. Last quarter spark had 6 B views i think. But moonbug has 3 B per months. Still think wildbrain spqrk has more potential because it's a larger platform. Im also only talking about spark, if we consider peanut, etc ... wildbrain is clearly bigger than moonbug (unless im missing something)

They have more views for total moonbug, but i still agree that wildbrain is bigger and that spark is a more diversified and interesting plaform. Moonbug got a lot of views but i beleive that the majority comes from 2-3 big hits.
