What other perks does the BOD get?

They do such a good job sleeping through the BOD meetings...I wonder if they get juice boxes and cookies along with their stock comp and fees. What an effing joke these people are!!!

Zzzzzz...

The sound of the BOD meetings at Wildbrain.  Meanwhile the stock hits lows associated with the GFC and pandemic.   Fine Capital is a joke and this BOD is the worst ever assembled.

BOD still sound asleep

Wonder if they even know the company is still in business?   Fine Capital is such a joke of an investor!

RE:RE:RE:lol - eyewatering

RE:RE:lol - eyewatering

I sold a lot at 97 cents on the dollar, and they were a great holding. Nobody is paying 11%.  A LOC is usually prime minus 0.25 this translates to under 7%.    This is a reflection ...more

RE:RE:RE:RE:Offloaded

Well, they just refinanced their debt so now they have the money to pay for the debntures... It doesn't look inefficient to me.
