Rumors of a $3 take private transaction in the works

Some speculation on the street that the company is considering a go private offer for approx. $3.  Debentures are trading up.  Stock is moving up.   Fine Capital wants out.  Could be a way for shareholders to get out of this mess.

I think this is lower end of hte break-up value of the company.  However, for sharehodlers I think it would the best they could ever hope for...execution by the management team and BOD consistently misses by a wide margin.   Too many variables within their control have been mis-calculated to believe they will turn the corner and see higher returns. With this in mind I think $3 is

Based on today's action there is certainly no deal on the horizon.   Nothing but pain for shareholders here.   I woudl guess that Fine Capital is in the way of getting anything done here.  Worst money manager on WS.  Hope theit institutionals pull all their money from them and force them to find a buyer for this company...

The rumors definitley have no merit.  Converts will a massive sell off and stock trading down again today (like usual).   What a joke this company is!   Get rid of the entire BOD and start selling off the pieces of this company to the highest bidder.  Shareholders will get $3 which is more than we will ever see while this group manages to create a worse mess year
