The grades forced the market to revalue substantially lower. Cormark puts the shares as fair valued around here. They had a price target of $1 before the MRE.

These gold plays go thru these cycles all the time...it's under pressure because they did not announce 50 million ounces  lol I have gone thru these cycles a thousand times since speculating in the 1970's.. Its the grade Cormark didn't like, not the ozs. Analysts always have excuses. Rick Rule says all his 10 baggers get cut in half first. I agree its early. I suspect WM has at least 2 Detour-like resources here albeit somewhat smaller (maybe?) but slightly higher grade.

Ten million shares went from retail into institutional and brokerage accounts. Same old story. More Fenelon Grasset Martiniere Casault droll results will turn it around quickly. Forget Detour East drill results. They'll end up locked in a filing cabinet.   We have two tier one assets on a postage stamp within a 900 sq km property beside Detour.  Cormark downgrades another broker is ...more

JEN9 - Right you are, sir or madam, right you are! You can tell the amateurs from the professionals on this board from the way they reacted to the drop.  The "woe is me" crowd sees the glass as half-empty while the more savvy among us see it as half full. My experience has been as yours - the cream floats to the top after the sludge has precipitated to the bottom . . . Patience ...more
