Wallbridge vs Red Pine

You can't compare Wallbridge and Red Pine,
it's TSX vs TSXV

This is how big Wallbridge is.

The acquisition of Balmoral by Wallbridge will create one of the best funded exploration companies in Canada, provide direct exposure for existing Balmoral shareholders to the exploration success and potential production upside of the Fenelon-Tabasco-Area 51 gold discoveries, provide the depth of capital to move forward certain of Balmoral’s resource and advanced stage gold projects and combine Balmoral and Wallbridge’s portfolios of nickel assets, achieving broader exposure to nickel-copper-PGE markets and future optionality for the combined company.

The acquisition of Balmoral by Wallbridge has been determined to be Fair to Balmoral shareholders on a financial basis by the independent financial advisors to the Special Committee and has the support of Mr. Eric Sprott - the Company and Wallbridge’s largest shareholder. Mr. Sprott has entered into a Lock-Up Agreement to vote his Balmoral shares in favour of the proposed Transaction.

If I have confidence in a gold exploration stock and it's potential . I check trading patterns and any negative changes. The only change I didn't like was the Detour East giveaway and the overt influence by Agnico on our board. All I see is a stock worth 35 times it's current value and if not sold 100 times it's current value within three years. If our board had given us a NSR ...more

A better comparison is RUP and RGD in politically sensitive jurisdictions with much higher energy costs and EIGHT TIMES OUR MARKET CAP.????? Let's all thank our Board for a NSR. IT Always was and still is the NO COST IMMEDIATE SOLUTION. Why haven't they done it.???????

Actually not that good of a comparison. Wallbridges management has botched the past 3 years here so badly that we have over 1 billion shares outstanding. Rupert on the other hand has a much better, tighter share structure and a much much clearer pathway to production. I think they have just 200 mill shares outstanding. Similar deposits sure, but completely different companies in how they have been ...more

Wallbridge paid what, 700k + to marz each year, and his useless kid to boot? It them 3 years too long to remove marz. Redpine saw one bad year of share price action and they booted quentin out the door. Much more supportive board.
