Finance package it NSR with Osisko Royalty, Investissement Quebec, CDPQ, Find an Operator Joint venture to build  Fenelon Martiniere.  Keep drilling the rest and option it with the JV partner.  

The Gold is there, the labour is there, you can even remote control the underground machines this day and age.
