bmw, I really hope so for all shareholders, but the devil may be in the details as the reported calculations provided in the press release dont add up "Full details of the investment transaction and the reorganization will be included in a management information circular of Western that is expected to be mailed to Western shareholders on or around Feb. 22, 2022."

Hwy mdj,  what doesn't add up to you considering there are very few details out at this time. The news quite simply for me was " we have a financial committment to finish this mine, get it producing and profitable and maybe introduce a new way of Potash mining to the world." Means we got a life line thrown to us and now we probably are not not going to drown anymore. For

Class, I am confused at the ownership percentage calculations reported yesterday as there are currently approx 190 million Western Resources shares outstanding, but the press release states Vantage will recieve 157,325,071 shares equivelant to 54% of the outstanding common shares of WPHC  Western Potash Corp, to Western Resources, to Western Potash Holdings Corp Hopefully the folks at

They bought 54% of the company for 80mil suggesting loosely a value of 160mil to the buyer.  That value has not yet been realized in share price yet because the deal is not complete, but concievably if they thought the company was worth approx 160 mil or 50% for 80 mil,  WRX's current market cap of 43 mil has room to move leading up to closing. Maybe a double to around .50 cents is

class, hopefully a press release appears today explaining the details of the reorganization. Important to note a large chunk of that $80 million has likely aready been spoken for if the information in the latest MD&A is accurate, and that does not account for the remaining costs of completing phase 1 of the mine. On the bright side, hopefully the brine currently in the pond has some major

mdj,   I'm definitely Not saying this is a great deal for WRX, but I do feel we are going to come out of this at some point because at the very least indebtedness should drastically improve enough to make this a viable investment. Wth a continued increases on the price of fertilizer and a closed deal I feel like we will have an investment here finally.
