Will Archer Daniel Midland take over Western Resources?

It makes economic sense for ADM to make a bid on WRX since the mine is near completion and WRX stock price is relatively cheap. With the potash shortage and high price, why just stick to 100% offtake agreement?

i agree with your thinking, but now $1 share price id $400mil valuation. also majority of the shares are owned by chinese state owned entity. Do you think they would be a seller at $1 per share, $2 per share ... i dont know what everyone is thinking on this BB
