Oil & Gas going private

Oil & Gas going privateAnyone else wonder if Canadian Oil and Gas Co.'s will go private?

There's no reason to be public trading if you trade at a 3-4 P/E while paying a decent Divy... I can see private equity taking them private and not having to worry about rigorous listing requirements and costs.

Anyone else have a thought about this potential Donino?
