3rd property bought.

3 in a semester... huge speed!  ( total :130 millions cad  !!) 

(If correct the last one with a 30 mil cad loan at 5.25 % for 5 y . )

Where do we go ? RS did what he has annouced.Now the  next ( good ) step should be  the refund from Mene. In any case he buys back with the company like no tomorrow. We should be below 13.5 millions shares now. Gl

Perplexity ? The PR mentions the precedent owners ABRDN & Phoenix bought the 2 buildings in 2019 for £ 47.4 . And just 4 years later Roy pays £ 26.5 the same property. ( almost 50%) Is it possible such a difference / depreciation there ?  Either this is the bargain of the decade or there is something mysterious ? Comments appreciated thx.

2019 was before COVID hit. Brexit may also be a factor. There has also been the increase in interest rates.
