What's the plan? Will it be like getting a smartphone and paying monthly to pay for the hardware? 

Will the stock move like how NFLX moves whenever they report the number of subscribers?

The verticals sound amazing as well. Down the line, depending on the success of the everything, Pat could probably spin out Extract.

All in all, this chit sounds exciting! I hope down the line we can gain more clout by having business personalities talk about us and endorse us.

Baronbuffett: I think you have surmised it well. I couldn't help but drawing the same conclusion during the call regarding extract being spun off. I get the feeling Peter may head down that route in the future.

  Down the road I hope they invest more into it and actually do do that. There's a tonne of potential with this as a stand alone and away from weapons detection ie: Ecomine. I actually hope they're, in part, doing this now, chasing after different kinds of contracts, if they have the resources. I really hope they see the tremendous value in going Silicon Valley.

Peter mentioned short term profitability, subscription based modeling & not relying on placement funding but rather the old fashioned way, which is sales. Moreover, he spoke about institutional investors and how to attract them, sales.  He really covered everything we ever questioned here, just remember one thing when this all goes down, the VERY first call to replace the CEO and

If I were a betting man, I would say Evans would not have spoken so emphatically about Pat's "retail lead" if an NR wasn't in the offing very soon.  A couple of big announcements, perhaps a Q1 report that has some actual earnings, and we could be positioned for an excellent spring.
