MANAGEMENT INFORMATION CIRCULAR- posted today

Great for shareholders!!!!! "Mr. Evans has agreed to provide services as CEO of the Company for an annual base salary of $420,000 and an initial grant of $243,720 equivalent in stock options"

"Mr. Wennemer agreed to provide services as COO of the Company for an annual salary of $400,000 plus the opportunity to earn an annual bonus up to 25% of base ..."
Here is a guy that leaves a sinking ship at a time when he was making $33K a month who does that and why did he not stay on and milk this cow dry? DId moral fortitude play a role?

“As a new company in the development stage, with a technology-based solution aimed at disrupting a mature market, the recent trend shown by the foregoing graph (i.e., a decline in share price) does not reflect the trend in the Company’s compensation to executive officers (i.e., an increase in executive compensation).” Sort of saying WTF is going on hey? So odd to hear the company is still in the developmental stage considering the company was rolling out its technology more than four years ago!

How much do you think it would cost to compensate six “directors who are not also Named Executive Officers, for the Company’s fiscal year ended July 31, 2021. Take a guess?  It was over $500,000!!!!! No stretch of the imagination where they got that compensationfrom the pockets of shareholders like you and me.

Cronin had 300,000 options @19 cents expired Oct 3rd 2021 and also has 250,000 options at 30 cents set to expire Oct. 31 2021 but considering he "Ceased to be Insider" he no longer has to report changes to his Patriot One shareholdings- how convenient so don't expact a pop in the share price as he likely unloaded his converted options

Oh "Johnnnnnnnn"...you forgot the over 1 million in options for Evans and of course the over 500k of common shares Cronin has and has kept even after almost a year of leaving the position as CEO...one would think Cronin (who knew the most about the company) would have sold his position if he thought Patriot was not going to succeed ....any reason you failed to mention those talking ...more

waffleman its missed becuase its a joke    Sure seems strange Cronin had the oppotunity to sell the another 500K shares at the high and like many here let it ride down to nothing...then last year he buys another 50K shares at the $1.28... strange indead

[ Rant snipped] "any reason you failed to mention those talking points "John"?" Yes, because options were given free of charge by the company and are presently worthless so there is nothing that can be done with them, therefore they are not part of any "Skin in the game" discussion. Cronin?...The last time I looked he was not the person running this company ...more

Rants John??? More like facts...the CEO has all those options..as this is part of his compensation package..all that means is that it is in his best interest (and shareholders for that matter) to get that share price as high as possible or he would be leaving millions of dollars on the table..but you already know this As for Cronin..and I apologize again for simply stating the facts Johnnny Boy.. ...more

Bocian, for God's sake will you give it a rest. I simply pointed out that your CEO only has 18,000 shares in the game with no comment one way or the other. I was not talking about Cronin's holdings or any other BOD members holdings or if it will snow on Christmas day Now please in the name of human decency would you either grow up or shut up. Your CEO has 2 arms and 2 legs and has been ...more

Sorry to hurt your feeling with facts John..but its important that the entire picture is shown not just 1 frame without any context...perhaps your silence would be more impressive.... ;-)

"but its important that the entire picture is shown not just 1 frame without any context" I knew you were not going to shut up. There was no context involved, just as stating that it is Oct 19 (in my time zone) can stand without stating every other day in October.  It is Oct 19 and your CEO holds 18,000 common shares no matter what any other BOD member holds Oh by the way your so ...more

@Bocianwaffles-If you really want silence, put him on ignore. Everybody else has.

@nightstocker - Yea you are probably right..I have the usual suspects on iggy already..since nothing but lies ever came out of their mouth but I never put this cl0wn on because he would only poke his hollow head out every few months...his rebuttals were pathetic...I guess I'll add him to the list. Thanks!
