Today’s NR (sort of) reaffirms my belief that XTRA is news constrained not because of a dearth of new contracts but because of their inability to publicly announce many of them due to NDA’s. It’s not something I can support with hard numbers but looking at the relatively rare contract  announcements and then comparing them to the fast growing sales and contract backlog, it just looks to me

If you look at the exponential growth in sales, that would mean X1 has a 90% plus NDA rate with their clients. I find that very hard to believe, especially considering most buyers want it out there that they are taking steps to improve client safety- especially schools, hospitals and stadiums. I think X1 simply isn't bothering. They are sending out the odd minor NR just to keep in the game.

I agree with your take full-on Night.  If we can throw out a couple of NR's for Tesla and Disney without actually naming them, I can't see how other buyers wouldn't allow for us to put something out, as vague and non-descript as needed.  Yea....this definitely wasn't the first calendar '24 NR I was expecting----an 8000 seat minor, minor league venue.  We need DHS

Hopefully a few more 'base hits' announced as we await the home run when DHS is finally announced. IMO the only way these minor league deals make an impact on the sp is if there are a string of them announced over a short period.
