IS COMPANY LOW ON CASH OR IS THERE ANOTHER REASON ?

I AM HOPING they're not low on cash for regular operations, but its for preperation for if/when the DHS MIGHT APPROVE IT SO THEY HAVE THINGS READY TO RAMP UP THINGS.. THOUGHTS?

Maybe read the shelf prospectus and you'll see that mgmt expects to have 17mil in revenue over the next 12mo (from 1st of December) based on 21mil in backlog and 23mil in new sales. They also expects to have sufficient funds for 16mo of operation.

@dontfollow- they have said "they likely won't need to give an offering" at every stage of the prospectus. But that have continued on at each stage, despite continuous exponential increases in sale and revenue every quarter. So is this just insurance, or a thinly-veiled must have? I guess we will know next earnings call.

Does one negate the other? From my perspective, it is an insurance and a must have. Unlike previous raises (which was a way to keep daily ops going), this one feels more like a way to ramp up production and inventory to meet the high demand since it requires lots of upfront cash which they dont have. There is no way to meet that cash necessity with their current ops costs and subscription revenue

I'm really hoping during the next earnings call that Evans can be pinned down as to what  the hell is really going on with the DHS application process. Based on both the posted application time on the DHS Safety Act page, and the time it is taking other companies to obtain ( at the very least) a designation level approval, we are way behind schedule. Average is 120 days after completed

Valid points, my concern is if they submitted the application and the dhs returned with other requirements/ explanations/ changes requirred etc.. espcially if more than once.. all this would cause a lotf of delay.. but it would benice to know if the final application for certification has been submitted and when.. thats what i would ask..

Since we applied over a year ago, that is a LOT of  requests. And remember , we are going for "designation", not "certification". Evans inexplicably changed the language around six months ago.

i wasn't uptodate on the date of submission etc.. if he changed from certification to designation. there could be  1 or 2 reasons for this 1) designation is lower threshold to meet  2) they wouldn't qulaify for certification. either way as you said 1 year is a long time, and there mustve been at least few back & forth changes.. which means starting over every time.. so

@ nightstocker I've been here longer then all of them.. Golden was a huge Cronin fan and did the same defending him and CEO worship.. he got every single judgment call absolutely wrong.. when Cronin got canned golden disappeared and when he got back he started worshiping Evans..  golden is a groupie .. I've never seen more false predictions and terribly wrong opinions and judgment
