There's nothing left here jah

@jahpatriot there's nothing left to read here, nobody predicts anything correctly and this is now an echo chamber, I'll drop a line in your inbox about another board when I find some good convo about this stock, I know some private investors who are going to start an invite only billboard about this stock and a few other Micro's.. as far as pliskens whereabouts I've seen some of his calls about a critical mineral sectors that panned out pretty well, alot of money was made on that, my bet is that he's over there somewhere. Catch you later Jah

Another one for you Gesh....I saw Ted Orlow in the comments of BetaWolf's last video with Peter being his positive old self! Used to call him our Village Idiot. Good times!
Comment by TheGesharoo on May 29, 2024 9:17pm
Naturally he was there!  lol I suspect our "500 share bandit" is somehow affiliated with this sweaty fat bugger pounding his keys.  Who knows....  I won't be tricked out of my shares I'll tell you that much.   I was buying at $2.60.....   averaged down to $.69 at great expense.  Come to Papa for Pete's sake!   G

I hear you Gesh. I don't know that I bought at $2.60 but I definitely did some buying at $2+ many moons ago. And I recently pared down some of my top holdings to buy a shiite load in the last 8 weeks like yourself. I'm in deeper than I'd like to be now and hope it doesn't all blow up in my face. I worry about some bent Devolv folks trying to screw us with some false positives at ...more

Ugh, painful flashback for sure. The cost of my first 10,000 shares back in 2018 would get me 52,000 today!
Comment by Romulus22 on May 30, 2024 10:44am
A dreadfully high opportunity cost over a 7 year span! Nuts!!
Comment by Redneck2 on May 30, 2024 11:08am
We've been diluted quite a bit since then, amount of shares looks like the US deficit.
Comment by Nightstocker on May 30, 2024 12:25pm
We are fast approaching our Covid era SP. Despite having no negative news pieces or adverse financials. I don't think that anyone could imagine seeing Xtract at .45 Cdn after DHS, TSA, great financials, etc. There is no comprehensive downturn in tech stocks, nor is there one in the weapons detection space. Evolv is only floundering because of lawsuits, investigations and a garbage ...more

You don't , we're all thinking the same thing
Comment by Davinator on May 30, 2024 1:16pm
I hear you, Night. It's frustrating to watch our great little company sit in silence as our SP goes down the shi##er. I watched the last JP interview again a few nights ago. Peter's last words ending that interview, words he uses fairly frequently, "Just when I think we can't get any busier, we do." So Peter and Co. are apparently so busy they don't know what to do next ...more

I am wondering if we ( xtra) are dealing wiht the same situation as what just happened with Riot & Bitf . summary of it is : riot has been buying bitf shares on the open maarket, they've accumulated 10.5% ownership of bitf by may 20th or so . 2 days ago, riot launched a hostile take over bid and not. at a decent price. bitf refused.. of course this will not be the end of it. i am ...more

Definitely possible, Xtract has been struggling with getting product to market, low sales, cash burn, and dilution. Although xtract doesn't have debt, their share price is low and basically worthless. P/E is down to his last strike.

wtf have you been smoking? Low sales???
Comment by kidl2 on May 30, 2024 1:51pm
No doubt in my mind that something on the buyout / merger front is in the making. Nothing else can explain the silence and the constant SP pressure. I doubt a low end deal will succeed given XTRA’s wide spread share ownership structure and the need for a 66.7% shareholder approval. The June 7 CC should prove interesting.
Comment by Teflon2Hype on May 30, 2024 3:05pm
I doubt a low end deal will succeed given XTRA’s wide spread share ownership structure and the need for a 66.7% shareholder approval. Your reasoning is inverted. The greater the percentage of the share base that is in the hands of small time fragmented retailers, the easier it is for a larger party or 2 to win the 2/3 vote. Reasoning being is that it is not 2/3 of the outstanding shares that ...more

All the reason why if something does happen we need every bloody person on this board to vote their shares. No cheap bloody buyouts allowed!
Comment by kidl2 on May 30, 2024 3:58pm
Teflon2Hype: Appreciate your comment but it falls short in two aspects.    To the best of my knowledge there is only one sizeable (~10%) shareholder  Many (most?) retail shareholders have held this stock for a rather long time and are anything but disengaged.   Sneaking through a “take-under” would not be easy.
