Huge news!

Finally MLB NHL AND and NBA contracts.

I have been following the forum for 2 years and have been a share owner for 6 years now
Comment by Davinator on Jun 06, 2024 8:03am
Juggers you probably work for XTRA so how about asking Peter why we couldn't have made any of these Team announcements over the last 6+ weeks while our SP was falling nearly 20%? Love these big earnings week announcements. Peter would hate to have some tough questions thrown at him during the call tomorrow!
Comment by Baxbax on Jun 06, 2024 8:20am
Yeah Davi but its been only month with DHS. its not a long time and at least I am looking forward of these -multitude- deals coming into fruitation. Point being, with this announcement I think the mood is what next rather than is anything happening. They clearly have some strategy with NRs that I dont get but majorly great day followed up by hopefully very strong earnings.
Comment by Redneck2 on Jun 06, 2024 8:29am
He definitely needs to address share price manipulation, put some one on this for the owners of Xtract One .
Comment by Davinator on Jun 06, 2024 9:03am
Bax my stock app shows DHS was 5 weeks and 3 days ago. Close enough to 6 weeks. Anyway, agreed it's a good day and positive news. I just wish I had the faintest idea what our NR strategy was now. Not a clue??? Hopefully more Team announcements to come...
Comment by Romulus22 on Jun 06, 2024 9:13am
Exactly! While I am relieved and pleased that this has happened PE tempered expectations when DHS was announced and this NR only comes now after a significant drop in SP and share manipulations. I've got some questions about the NR:  I'm no expert on NR but after wating all this time, with the drop in SP, the manipulations, they let us know the morning of earning release, day ...more

After reading the NR, my thinking is he wants to stay super secret with client names. Probably because Evolve has been poaching XTRA business and playing a counter campaign. Looks like a defencive move vs EVLV cronyism. Speculation, but no other reasonable argument I can think of.
Comment by Nightstocker on Jun 06, 2024 9:32am
I'm sorry, but no company interested in increasing SP withholds the names of the teams they've secured. This is effing bullshite. This is not being secretive to avoid poaching from Evolv. Teams that wanted to have Evolv would have purchased Evolv. The only logical reason to withhold the team names is to to show the value of Xtract to a prospective buyer without increasing the share price ...more
Comment by kidl2 on Jun 06, 2024 9:35am
A imho very frustrating NR as it raises more questions than provide answers. What does “Three new customers” mean? Three new contracts or a multiple thereof? At the very least they should have included something along these lines: “For completive reasons we will no longer announce specific contracts”.
Comment by Nightstocker on Jun 06, 2024 9:49am
Agreed, kidl2. Although omitting team names due to competition still makes no sense. Xtract clearly won these contracts based on what they could offer that Evolv couldn't. Evolv obviously had the opportunity to be trialed at these venues. They either blew the trial or were not invited. And come on, Evolv already knows who these teams are. All they have to do is walk through a gate. The way ...more

Look on the bright side, share price was up for almost an hour !
Comment by Nightstocker on Jun 06, 2024 9:58am
If this does its usual five to ten cent bump, and then falls back to it original price in the next few days, why bother?
Comment by kidl2 on Jun 06, 2024 10:12am
There is also the, to put it mildly, ominous timing. A “feel good” NR the day before Q3 results doesn’t pass the smell test. Sold my recently acquired traders this morning but will keep core for now.
Comment by Nightstocker on Jun 06, 2024 10:17am
Man, last quarter must have been bad if they used DHS and the sports NR's to dull the pain.
Comment by Redneck2 on Jun 06, 2024 10:22am
Maybe financials are good and he went for the one/two punch, that's something a good CEO would do,
Comment by Nightstocker on Jun 06, 2024 10:30am
If he did, he put the cart before the horse. You release good news after good financials. And you wouldn't announce DHS on its own, to get smothered, nearly six weeks before everything else. And not announce the teams. On a Thursday. Wtf?
Comment by Redneck2 on Jun 06, 2024 10:34am
DHS was probably relevant information that had to be released, and I'm sure it helped the sales team immensely.
Comment by Nightstocker on Jun 06, 2024 10:42am
But redneck, why not release them in tandem for the sake of traction? We are sliding back down toward yesterday's share price already. If our financials are even just average, we could very well be down next week.
Comment by Redneck2 on Jun 06, 2024 10:50am
This is where I have a problem with P/E , I first bought Patriot One/Extract One at least six years ago, I have continued to buy after P/E came on board, I am down over $100k , I own a lot of shares, He has devoted Zero energy or resources to increase the value of my investment . He does not value his investors , I bet MSG gets a phone call from him every week .
Comment by Nightstocker on Jun 06, 2024 10:57am
Agreed, Redneck. It's like he is in love with the business side, and promoting the actual stock is just an annoyance. I don't know what is on the horizon for this company, but what I do know is that we've shot our load when it comes to monster NR's and we are still a fifty cent penny stock. Evans has completely bungled what could have been great tactical release of NR's with ...more

Like I've said before, if he isn't comfortable building share value, he needs to bring someone in who is, We need Investor Relations and Marketing, He can continue being a salesman.
Comment by Redneck2 on Jun 06, 2024 11:29am
That's the best part of Owning/ Running a business, if you don't want to do it, you can delegate it or hire it out .
Comment by kidl2 on Jun 06, 2024 11:33am
All I hear are comments about Peter while most, if not all of them, should be directed to the BOD. The BOD has / should have ultimate control as their fiduciary duty entails working in the best interest of the company AND its shareholders. They are / are supposed to be our “guardians”.   If you don’t understand the importance of a BOD, read up on the current Tesla fight. No one blames or goes ...more

Peter is on the board as well .
Comment by Nightstocker on Jun 06, 2024 11:43am
@kidl2, that argument equates to "don't blame the criminal, blame his parents." While I agree -heartily- that that board bears a lot of the blame for the fukkery going on at Xtract, I don't believe for one second these guys are "guardians" for shareholders; or at least they aren't trying to take on that responsibility. I mean, these guys voted to throw 750k at ...more
Comment by Nightstocker on Jun 06, 2024 9:56am
I mean come ON! What sound better? Xtract would like to announce the signing of the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Boston Celtics [insert building names, rich history, fan capacities, glowing endorsements from team and venue managers here] Or  Xtract would like to announce the signing of three sports teams. "This is good news to get these 3 teams for these ...more

YEP!! SMH! Who writes their NR's for Chris sakes!?
Comment by Baxbax on Jun 06, 2024 10:04am
Whoever wrote this isnt deciding about the not disclosing the teams which obviously is the problem. It would ve been written totally differently if the teams were there.  you guys have valid points. Still, why sales at these levels. Bottomline is that we are now in those leagues.
Comment by Jahpatriot on Jun 06, 2024 11:41am
@Here4loot: what's your take on this news release? I for one think it is poorly written with absolutely no substance to propell the share price upward. This nothing but a distraction to the lackluster financial report to come out later. The big disappointment will be when everyone  realises that the NBA and NHL teams are the Knicks and Rangers which is old news as they are already part of ...more
