He must have felt he wanted to wait until he  had all his ducks in a row before stepping further into the fray. The next quarter will be interesting to see how close we come to break even. It says rhey were bought under a purchase ownership plan. That's 300,000 shares at .75. That's $.225000 for a total of over 700 thousand shares. That's still a fair bit of skin in the game.
