Undervalued takeover....
Insiders hold approx 15%'ish last I checked... I'm guessing they could influence their friends and family easily.... let's say another 10%...
So 25% don't vote to sell cheap right there.
I'll assume Peter has contact with 10-15 of the largest investors, who knows, maybe another 15% of the float. Just spitballing here.... They would then influence their friends about voting. So let's say another 25% saying no thank you to cheap buyout.
That's 50% with my super accurate napkin math!
So that's a fair number of motivated and voting shareholders. What percentage of the small time investors will care and particilate? Or have bought so low they are happy with $1.50?
Now.... Peter is around 60 yrs old... not sure about Karen but she is no spring chicken either. If I was a betting man, I don't think I'd bet against those two trying to make this their last big score.
We will all collectively be the authors of our success here. Just hold those shares tightly guys and don't get worried about the little shyte.. Things are going great! We have just built the better mouse trap!

Anything less than $5 would not have my vote. And with the One Gateway product, many new opportunities are opening with XtractOne being the favorite. If One Gateway is all Peter says it will be then the valuation should go through the roof. And we shouldn't have to wait that long to see it, especially if Evol is no longer a major player/competitor. Who knows where it could go.

Any idea what the actual valuation of the company should be ?

I can't think of any stocks I have ever owned that have have had four better consecutive quarters sales growth-wise or loss reduction wise and actually lost value. I get that micro caps get pushed around, but most micro caps don't have what Xtract has.
