Evolv is a US company with big backers like Gates. They have a massive marketing and sales machine. And as we have seen, they aren't afraid to throw bribes around, or literally lose money on contracts- just so long as they can get the NR out of it. Whereas Xtract is focused on selling a good product, with good product support, Evolv just wants the sale.  This will only become more
