Fiddlehead...

So Fiddlehead was suppsoed to have their annual meeting July 31...and I thought were supposed to close the Cenovus Ferrier asset buy in July as well.

No news so far and crickets...lol.
Said it before, I can't see a financial plan that works for Fiddlehead buying 1700 of NG weighted prodction and drill 2 wells at 3.5m each for 1 mile.

This land really fits for YGR as well.

Perhaps this is explaination of why YGR paid their accounts payable down so low at end of q2.

If fiddlehead fails to close...YGR could buy this with increasing their Accounts payable and not even adding to long debt.

I think price would have to go to firesale 10-15m instead of 20m. It would also make keeping production flat easy for year.
