Alot of shares asking over 10

I'm assuming this a tactic to more shares from being shorted as firms cant use shares listed for sale, but this could also indicate an explosion in share price.... never say never...

How are are you able to see level 2 depth that far? Most level 2 only shows 10 levels up and down, so the highest level that I can see is $1.78 with a current price of 1.69

Professional short trader maybe. Short term it can come down to 1.64
