Interesting ETF

Interesting ETFI have been building a position in this ETF. As of July 4 they are holding about 28 percent cash with the remainder in the beaten down U.S. tech sector. Will be interesting to see how they deploy this large cash position. Nice divvy currently just over 7 percent .
