Might have to take another look at ZPR. Down to 10.66 and still ratcheting down daily. Interesting as you would think these instruments would be rising in this inflationary environment with interest rates on the rise.

Glad I avoided ZPR in the spring. The market has people very spooked and they are selling "everything" including their preferred shares. Still monitoring but not buying yet...but as soon as inflation shows any signs of abating I would bet this ETF will run (as will the rest of the market).
