Sold my ZPR. I have been in cash accumulation mode lately. It was a profitable hold for me from mid 2023 when I was buying this one in the gutter. Good luck everyone.

Been waiting since last fall and now getting close to a buying opporunity. I suspect around 8.70 for an entry point. I might even nibble around 8.80.

Glad I avoided ZPR in the spring. The market has people very spooked and they are selling "everything" including their preferred shares. Still monitoring but not buying yet...but as soon as ...more

Might have to take another look at ZPR. Down to 10.66 and still ratcheting down daily. Interesting as you would think these instruments would be rising in this inflationary environment with interest ...more
