RE:possible margin improvementYes it does look like that is possible.  Leaning things out in terms of staff reductions also makes them a better and easier take out target.  TCS does not appear to have too much baggage attached, unless I am missing something.

I thought the conference call was good.  They seemed well prepared and were able to confdently answer questions and provide back up.  

Nice SP reaction. I would love to read what some of the Analysts think of the report and call.  I believe Echelon has kept its $45 target, however a positive glimpse into FY25 could have gotten them a target raise.  Guess we have to wait until late June for that.
