Sandalwood

I must admit that I did not know much about this before doing my research.

But, it seems to be in great demand, and has limited entry for new competitors-a moat. I'm going to buy some more, and put it away for 10 years or so. I think that I'll like the result. It pays about a 2% dividend while you wait, and they have a dididend reinvestment plan. They expect to control 80% of world production by 2030.

Some of the large institutional holders include the Harvard Endowment, and the Church of England(Episcapalians for those of us across the pond).

Sad that most of the original native Indian production has gone away due to forests being razed for agriculture.

Good luck!
