I did not present any math.   What I proposed is a means for the company to locate more investors who could be financially motivated to take part in the voting process.

Your math doesn't work unless there are about 400 million shares being shorted. I don't think it's that high yet. Retail investors only vote about 100 million shares so your "worse ...more
