You can be as critical as you care to be on adjusted EPS numbers as you care to however BOTH adjusted AND unadjusted EPS numbers are trending in favor of EPS positive.

I'll just tag you as having sold short based on a chart trend vs the fundamentals.  That's not a knock against you, it's a common mistake.

The shorters appear willing to ride this down to zero. Way too risky for me, although call options can mitigate most of the risk.   The question de jour is what happens if the judge decides that Tilray can no longer issue shares without amending their charter. The last two AGM's garnered only about 10% of the voting shares - a charter amendment requires 2/3 of the voting shares ...more
