Sorry - Tilray is NOT the largest cannabis company

in the world.

The 'undistorted' and factual statement is that Tilray is the largest cannabis comany operating from a country that has legalized cannabis in the world.

By Tilray's own admission - US vertically integrated MSOs such as Curaleaf, Cresco and Trulieve all have well over $1 billion in annual sales, compared to Tilray's $600 million. Simple Simon has had to previously walk back this ridiculous claim - along with his $4 billion annual sales guidance.

And being the 5th largest 'craft brewer' in the US - a sector that has hit the ceiling and sits stagnant (until Simple Simon makes it 'cool' again) is - by buying cash burning, money losing regional brewers is hardly something to brag about.

Posting misleading, half true - inaccurate statements really serves no purpose, other than for the poster losing more credibility

And he long ago stopped calling for $4 billion in sales. The shortfall is due to the US dragging its feet on legalization. All Irwin(and others) can do is lobby and he does that on every opportunity. These two bad ...more
