to enter the Japanese medical cannabis market despite the historical negative view of cannabis?
I was in East Rutherford for the Giants/Pats game on Sunday and  ran into a very good friend who works for the UN in neighbouring NYC -she used to teach English in Japan and she said she was having coffee with Lichtenstein's UN Ambassador and he leaked the news. Apparently he's the same big mouth who leaked the German news

Q. Why do the Japanese have such a negative view of cannabis?   A. Because they're short.
