Wait a minute! I remember what third parties

are.

When Molson Coors and Hexo had that failed JV - Truss CBD USA - the CBD beverages were produced, packaged and distributed by a THIRD party in Colorado - who purchased hemp CBD from FOURTH party hemp producers - including competitors Columbia Care and a JV of Village Farms.

Anyway Molson and Hexo were 1st and 2nd party - and the producer of the beverages was the 3rd.

BUT I still dont understand your post. If Tilray is 1st party, the outside companies giving the street estimates - WHO is the 2nd party?

Oh - and as you recall, Molson terminated the JV due to immaterial sales.

It seems like no one really wants infused beverages - I think it's only infused beverage companies and paid promoters who think they'll be a thing, any day now

RE:RE:RE:On Oct/2nd

If you are referring to "street estimates" then you should realize those numbers are not set out by the company, they are simply calculated estimates by 3rd parties.

Infused beverages are barely 1% of the cannabis market in the usa.  It's just dumb paying $7 for a can of flavoured drink with 10 or 20 mg of mass produced isolate. GTII doesn't even sell drinks.   Edibles are about 14% of total cannabis market of which gummies are about 70%.  Look at Tinley, they haven't been able to do anything.
