When Biden took office back in 2020 everyone expected him to legalize cannabis, the shareprice of TLRY and all other cannabis companies went up.  Over time Biden failed to do anything and investors lost interest in the stock.

If RFK comes out and states plans for cannabis legalization this month you can count on investor interest coming back into the sector again.  TLRY may be a top pick considering how close it is to profitability and shares are under the book value.

marijauan is already legal in many states. legalization doesn't mean more profit either. even less profit
