CW opening doors to nuclear plants and DOE would be quite something including the endorsement it would provide in terms of quality. I would think there is quite a high barrier to entry, so cracking through it would be eye-popping. Just like getting into refineries.
I guess the attractive thing is that we are starting to chilling nicely with a few existing clients in a few industries and these types of things can only expand our world, each in a significant way on its own.
i don't expect or care much about the upcoming financials, They are always lumpy depending on project implementation, but keep the pics of the trips to potential clients coming!
This, Curtiss Wright, is something that somebody should ask about on the conference call.
Here's what on the CW site
"Established in 1986, TEI is a design-build engineering firm specializing in energy and emission reduction solutions. Their products focus on reducing energy costs, improving energy efficiency, and reducing environmental impact—benefits that Curtiss-Wright also strives to provide our customers. Through a teaming agreement with TEI, we now provide GEM steam traps, parts, and services to the commercial nuclear market and Department of Energy (DOE)."
Provide , to me means these steams traps are now available ; not undergoing some kind of certification process as some people think.
I can always be wrong but as I suggested if somebody asks the question...........
