At this piont i believe a takeout of TCF is imminent  imo, i would say a interested company in the space could see TCF as a  target....why the hell not.A buck a share now would only be  about $80 canadian,the warrants are only worth anything OVER  $2.50.                                                                                  PS, HELL  if the neibours hit big on TCF`s boarder  in like a month.....well.                                                    PSS,   TCF  is     Trillion  ENERGY        right    OIL is   ENERGY to.......RIGHT?

With all due respect..."I Don't Think So"...Why would anyone want to buy this Penny Stock...$80mm a heck of alot of money...basically getting nothing of real value for that..Remember, they just got that earn-in oil exploration deal..it hasn't even begun and won't start till next June2024..So why would any company give TCF any value for that 50% or so interest...when nothing

Well  landed,  3 wells  in 2 ish weeks are  begining buy TCF`s neighbors  just off there boarder on VERY high impact  wells in an area that is loaded with  big oil discoveries.... and the 3 wells of gas will be corrected,  if this happends will it change your mined?

If those SASB 3 problem gas wells get resolved, and all those 6 producing wells continue to produce and flow their mcf/day as forecasted , and the BOTAS gas pricing to TCF gets above $18 +/mcf and is sustainable....may re-enter, depending on the stock price...but won't pay more than .50 cents per share...Because, they will need financing and this will cause more dilution of shares..and thereby

Agreed,  but you are forgetting about this oil play that threw TCF`s  DD  have got themselves into. This sysmic that they are running on 2 prospective oil shows on 1 of 3 of there properties that they have 50% in , are pretty much identical to  the neighbors targets that they are about to drill.If they hit (and they are targetting what they think is like a billion barrals of
